How it works
If you find a publicly bookable rate for the same dates, the same room and the same cancellation terms cheaper on another website, we won't just match the price – you'll also get an extra 5% off your booking with us.
Conditions
- The rate must be publicly available and bookable. Member, loyalty or otherwise personalised rates don't count.
- Same dates: identical arrival and departure date.
- Same room or room category.
- Same cancellation terms.
- Your request must reach us by the arrival date at the latest. It cannot be applied retroactively after arrival.
How to submit your price comparison

Take a screenshot of the cheaper offer. It should clearly show the dates, room type, price, cancellation terms and booking site.

Email the screenshot to info@petuh.de.

We'll review your request within 24 hours and get back to you with the result.
Good to know
- Valid up to the arrival date; no retroactive application after arrival.
- The discount applies to the specific booking requested.
- We review the comparability of offers on a case-by-case basis.
