Are children allowed?
The Petuh is an adults-only property. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dogs upon prior notice and in select rooms. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €25 per night.
Where can I park?
We have six private parking spaces right next to the house (€19 per night). Please make a reservation in advance. Alternative parking options are available.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, in every rate. So is the northern German supper.
Can I arrive after 8 p.m.?
Yes. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is possible. Please contact us by 8:00 p.m. so we can make arrangements for your late arrival.
Can I have breakfast without staying?
Of course, every day at 22,90 € per person. We ask for a short table reservation so we can keep a seat for you.
Is there a lift?
Yes. All rooms can be reached by lift.
Do you have an accessible room?
Yes, one Le Classique room is on the ground floor and has reduced barriers. If your mobility is limited, please call or write to us before booking so we can check together whether the room suits your needs.
What are your cancellation terms?
That depends on the rate you selected. For flexible rates, you can cancel free of charge up to the date shown to you at the time of booking. After that date, or in the event of a no-show, we will charge you for the first night. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or rebooked. If you book through a third-party provider, the cancellation policy may differ.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
The Petuh is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas. A fee will be charged for non-compliance.
When is supper served? (Starting in October 2026)
Every day from 17:30 to 19:00 in the Klönschnackstube, at no extra charge and without booking.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, but we can give you the best recommendations in town. We serve dinner here in the evening, and Flensburg’s best restaurants are within walking distance.
